The Teaching Quality Academy (TQA) supports teachers in making their lessons more effective step by step. The focus is on concrete methods for classroom management and classroom management that provide orientation, support learning processes and make everyday teaching easier.

Each session presents a selected technique that is tried out together, reflected on and adapted to different school levels. The focus is on practical relevance: What works in the classroom? What does it take to make processes clearer and to support learning well?

The TQA combines methodical input with collegial exchange and feedback – open, structured and without pressure to perform. It is aimed at teachers at all school levels and takes place on a monthly basis.
