Learning the future: where business meets experience.

Many innovative concepts are created where people dare to try something new. Numerous methods have long been successfully implemented in individual kindergartens and schools – but they often remain hidden.

In order to demonstrate precisely this, we have joined forces with School on the move and the PH Vienna we have organized the series get a taste & exchange series.

We visit inspiring educational institutions together and create space for exchange, new perspectives and practical learning among colleagues.

In January, our journey takes us to the Business Academy Donaustadt 22 (BHAK/BHAS Donaustadt). A school that not only teaches business, but brings it to life. Here, theory and practice, digital innovation and personal development merge into a learning environment that prepares students for the world of tomorrow.

The students themselves provide an insight into two unusual training paths:

• HAK Innovative – with a focus on cooperative, open learning, interdisciplinary teaching with eLearning sequences
• HAK Experience – experiential learning “Out of school – into life”, promoting reflective thinking and social responsibility

In both programs, one curriculum – two ways to live it.
Teachers use flexible learning spaces, collaborative formats and open communication zones that give learners responsibility and freedom of design.

What you can expect during your visit:

• Insights into everyday school life from the perspective of young people.

• Exchange with teachers about innovative learning methods.

• Space for questions, discussion and impulses for your own place of learning.

The Business Academy Donaustadt 22 shows that business is more than just numbers: It is encounter, responsibility and future competence.

The series is aimed at teachers, school administrators and anyone interested in new approaches to education. Together with School on the move and the Vienna University of Teacher Education we make visible what is already working in practice and invite you to think and participate.
