Learning that connects: Diversity – community – self-efficacy.

Many innovative concepts are created where people dare to try something new. Numerous methods have long been successfully implemented in individual kindergartens and schools – but they often remain hidden.

In order to demonstrate precisely this, we have joined forces with School on the Move and the PH Vienna, we have organized the series get a taste & exchange series.

We visit inspiring educational institutions together and create space for exchange, new perspectives and practical learning among colleagues.

On November 18, the trip will take us to the Friedrichsplatz elementary school and Lerngemeinschaft 15.

Two places where inclusion, progressive education and joie de vivre are not just a concept, but part of everyday life.
Here, children of different ages learn with and from each other. They discover their strengths, take responsibility for each other and experience that everyone – regardless of their background or support needs – can make a contribution.

The learning units are open, project-oriented and characterized by trust: instead of rigid lesson plans, there is room for curiosity, movement and personal learning paths. Teachers accompany, encourage and create experiences that have a lasting effect. On children and colleagues alike.

During the visit, you can expect insights into everyday school life, discussions with teachers and a joint exchange on how inclusion, joy and self-efficacy can succeed in your own environment.

Because get a taste & exchange always means learning from each other and exploring new paths together.

The series is aimed at teachers, school administrators and anyone interested in new approaches to education. Together with School on the move and the Vienna University of Teacher Education we make visible what is already working in practice and invite you to think and participate.
