As part of our series get a taste & exchange this time we are guests at the WMS/RG/ORG Antonkriegergasse and take a look behind the scenes of the annual Culture Days.

Once a year, the school is transformed into a stage for creativity, innovation and organizational talent. The pupils in Year 7 present the results of their main subjects and bring the school to life as a vibrant cultural space.

There is to discover:

• Art exhibitions with educational program
• self-written and staged theater and musical theater productions
• Insights into the work of the natural science laboratory
• Projects from the Information and Communication Technology branch, from programming to digital applications

What is particularly exciting is that the Culture Days are conceived, organized and professionally managed by students from project management and business. Responsibility, organization and creative implementation are visibly intertwined here.

The Culture Days are far more than just a presentation platform. They create a protected environment in which young people can discover talents, develop self-confidence and experience that their ideas count. At the same time, they strengthen togetherness in the school, promote exchange between the year groups and make visible how much potential is created when schools provide space for creativity.

We are looking forward to an inspiring insight and a joint exchange on site.

The series is aimed at teachers, school administrators and anyone interested in new approaches to education. Together with School on the move and the Vienna University of Teacher Education we make visible what is already working in practice and invite you to think and participate.
