June 2026

We are looking for: Program Coordinator School Development (f/m/d)

We opened the Education Lab in April 2025! In close cooperation with the City of Vienna and many other partners, we have created a place for everyone who wants to actively shape education in Vienna.

Educators, people from administration, civil society and educational practice meet here. They exchange experiences, share ideas and network in order to shape the future of kindergartens and schools together. The aim is to make existing innovations visible – and to disseminate them together.

  • Impact orientation, conceptual enthusiasm and team spirit: You contribute to the design of a program that has impact in mind and is based on exchange, community and professionalization

  • Eagerness to learn: You see yourself as part of a learning organization, see learning experiences as potential and are not afraid to venture into uncharted waters

  • Strong implementation skills: you get things rolling and ensure that ideas become concrete formats and results

  • Good intuition for people and dynamics

  • Service orientation: through your work, you support all program participants in their own development and empower them through your support

  • Structure and organizational talent, especially in the planning and coordination of formats and calendars

  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to lend a hand where it is needed

  • Confident in using digital tools (CRM, communication and planning tools)

  • Work experience in the Viennese/Austrian education system desirable but not required

Working environment:

  • Daily exchange with a community that is committed to equitable and innovative education

  • Part of a new venture within an established structure and in close collaboration with an international team and network
