Focus Time for Teams of Educators
The last two weeks of vacation are often exactly the time when many things start to take shape: annual planning, materials, priorities, procedures, and initial ideas for the new school or preschool year.
You can come to the Education Lab with your school or preschool team, reserve a room, and focus on whatever needs time, discussion, and structure before the program begins.
Planning Days at the Education Lab
Whether it’s annual planning, materials, educational priorities, procedures, initial ideas, or team coordination: Planning Week gives you a clear framework for making progress together. You’ll have the space, peace, and an environment where work is easier than it is amid the daily grind, your inbox, and your to-do list.
The Planning Week is intended for current and aspiring educators, as well as administrators from schools and preschools who hold an Educators Pass.
The Educators Pass is free —so if you don’t have one yet, now’s a good time to get one!
You can come on your own or with colleagues from your school or preschool—it makes planning easier and more meaningful.
Planning Week is an additional offering from the Education Lab. This means that we will provide you with the reserved slot, and it will not be deducted from your regular Educators Pass quota.
Here’s How to Make a Reservation
On the Notion page, you’ll find the booking overview with all available rooms and time slots.
- Look for August 24 on the calendar. From there, you’ll be able to see which time slots are available.
- Once you’ve found a suitable slot, please email community@edlab.at.
- Please let us know which slot you’d like to reserve and who will be joining you.
- You will then receive a confirmation email.
To ensure that as many school and preschool teams as possible have the opportunity to work without interruption, we are allocating one slot per team.
Good to know: The coworking area in the Forum and on the Gallery remains open for use. You don’t need to reserve a slot—so feel free to just drop by.
