Systemic Group Supervision for Educators

Hosted by Katharina and Robin

Everyday teaching is varied, demanding, and often complex. In such situations, it can be helpful to take a step back and, with guidance, view the situation from a distance through systemic group supervision.

This format provides an opportunity to pause briefly, explore topics from everyday school life with the support of a supervisor, reflect on them together, and discover new perspectives.

What’s on your mind right now? What’s challenging you? What’s going well? Systemic group supervision doesn’t provide ready-made answers or tell you, “This is how you have to do it.” Instead, it gives educators the opportunity to discuss their concerns in a confidential setting, with skilled facilitation, and to explore them further together.

Through dialogue with other educators and with professional guidance from supervisors, new perspectives emerge, concrete solutions are developed, and we come to realize that we can learn a great deal from one another by discussing individual cases.

We look forward to seeing you!
